Terms of Service

1. Playing without an account

The game does not require you to register. Your display name and a random player identifier are stored in your browser so we can keep you in the right camp. Clearing your browser storage ends that identity and any camps tied to it.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post racist, homophobic, transphobic or otherwise bigoted content, harassment or threats;
• impersonate another player or our staff;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service;
• use the game for advertising, spam or anything unlawful.

Chat is filtered automatically for slurs and profanity, and messages may be reviewed after a report. We can remove content or block access where these terms are broken.

3. Age

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before making any payment.

4. Supporter Tier

The game is free to play. The optional Supporter Tier is a recurring subscription billed through our payment provider. Price, billing period and benefits are shown on the Supporter Tier page and confirmed at checkout. Cancellation and refund terms are set out there and form part of these terms. Supporter benefits are cosmetic or convenience features and do not alter game balance.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the game online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or retire features, including game rules and balance, at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The game, its rules text, artwork and code are owned by Daedalus Works Ltd. You keep ownership of what you write in chat, and grant us permission to display and moderate it within the game.

7. Liability

The game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of game progress. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Questions go to admin@2protectrestattack.com.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
